Cut the loaf into slices and place on a baking sheet covered with foil.
Cut the carbonate into slices and then into cubes.
In a bowl, combine the diced pineapple, carbonate and grated cheese. Season with mayonnaise.
Spread the filling on each slice of the loaf.
Bake in the oven for about 7-10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
Put on a platter and serve.
