Eggplant rolls with cheese

This recipe will help you make delicious eggplant rolls with cheese. An excellent appetizer for any table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Eggplant 2-3 pcs

Cheese 150 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dried garlic 1/2 tsp

Frying oil (for frying) to taste

Greens (for decoration) to taste


Rinse and dry the eggplants.

Slice the eggplants lengthwise and season with salt.

Fry the eggplants in a preheated pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Place on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.

Grate cheese into a bowl, add mayonnaise and dry garlic. Stir the filling.

Put some filling on a strip of eggplant.

And roll the eggplant into a roll.

Put the rolls on a dish with herbs.

Eggplant rolls with cheese are ready. Can be served at the table.
