Milk 300 ml
Lightly salted salmon 200 g
Flour 120 g
Cream cheese 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 pinch.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add oil, salt and flour.
Mix the dough well and leave for 10 minutes.
Bake thin pancakes on both sides in a preheated pan.
Brush one side of the pancakes with cream cheese.
Arrange the sliced fish in thin slices.
Roll up roll.
