Liver rolls with filling


Beef liver 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Eggs 1 pc

Milk 2.5% fat. 50 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 3-4 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Cheese (for filling) 100 g

A clove of garlic (for filling) 2-3 pcs

Dill (greens) (for filling) 3-5 branches.

Parsley (greens) (for filling) 3-5 sprigs

Mayonnaise (for filling) 2-3 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) for filling 3-5 pcs

Defrost the liver, peel the onion.

Punch the liver and onions in a blender.

In a bowl, combine the liver, onion, egg and flour.

Add salt, milk, pepper and oil. Whisk well.

Bake in a preheated frying pan, pancakes, rolling well with a spoon. Fry on both sides until tender. Fold in a pile.

For the filling, grate the cheese, add finely chopped herbs, pressed garlic and season with mayonnaise.

Spread the filling on each pancake.

Wrap in a straw and tie with two onion feathers.

Cut into 2 pieces and place on a serving dish.

Decorate with vegetables and serve.
