Beets with cheese in tartlets

Beetroot with cheese in tartlets, an incredibly bright and appetizing snack that will create a festive mood on your New Year's table.

7-10 tartlets

Beets 2 pcs

Baltic cheese 100 g

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Lettuce leaves


Salt to taste


Cook the beets until tender, cool and peel, grate the cheese, peel the garlic.

In a bowl, combine the grated beetroot, cheese and pressed garlic.

Season with mayonnaise. Salt to taste.

Put the tartlets with appetizer on a dish with lettuce leaves, garnish with halves of walnuts. Serve to the festive table.
