Mushroom stumps appetizer

Hot appetizer with mushrooms and cheese for a festive table.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Fresh champignons 200 g

Cheese 50 g

White loaf 1 piece

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Cut the loaf into slices 2-2.5 cm thick.

Crush the crumb a little in each slice.

Fry finely chopped mushrooms and onions in a pan with vegetable oil. Salt.

Fill the bread slices with the filling.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool slightly.

The "Mushroom stumps" appetizer is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
