Herring fillet in pieces 100 pcs
Loaf of gray bread 1/4 pcs
Beet 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Onion 1 pc
Garlic clove 1-2 pcs
Dill (greens) 2-3 branches.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil the beets, cool and peel. Grate on a fine grater.
Add pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Cut the loaf into slices. Cut out rounds from the slices using a mold or glass.
Fry in a hot skillet with vegetable oil on both sides.
Put on a plate with napkins.
Spread each crouton with beetroot mass.
Place herring slices on top.
