Ham rolls

Ham rolls are a delicious appetizer for your festive table that can be prepared quickly and easily.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Ham slice 7-10 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Lettuce leaves 2-3 pcs

Pigtail cheese (for strings) to taste


Boil eggs, cool and peel. Grate cheese.

In a bowl, combine grated cheese and grated eggs.

Add pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well.

Hold the ham at room temperature, wash the lettuce leaves.

Put a small leaf of lettuce and cheese filling on a slice of ham.

Roll up and tie with smoked cheese (from a pigtail).

Cool our rolls in the refrigerator.

The ham rolls are ready. Can be placed on the New Year's table.
