Tartlets on the festive table

These elegant and delicious tartlets for a festive table with chicken fillet and pineapple filling are a wonderful New Year's snack.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Tartlets 10 pcs

Chicken fillet (300 g) 2 pcs

Hard cheese 100 g

Canned pineapple 5-7 pcs

Walnuts 50 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dill (greens) for decoration

Pomegranate seeds for decoration

Salt to taste


Rinse the chicken fillet well. Boil until tender and cool in broth. Finely chop the chicken fillet and grate the cheese. Fold into a bowl.

Chop the walnuts.

Finely chop the pineapple rings.

Add pineapple, nuts and mayonnaise to a bowl.

Mix well and place in the tartlets.

Decorate with pomegranate seeds and fresh dill sprigs.

Cool slightly and serve for the festive table.
