Zucchini cutlets with cheese

Tender, fluffy, appetizing zucchini cutlets with cheese will appeal to many. Easy to prepare, they don't take much time and effort.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Zucchini 300 g

Hard cheese 50 g

Egg 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.

Frying oil



Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds.

Cut into large pieces.

Grate and place in a bowl.

Add grated cheese, bread crumbs, egg and salt.

Mix well. Add flour and knead the "minced meat" well.

Blind small cutlets.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil, on both sides.

Put on plates and garnish with herbs. Delicious zucchini cutlets with cheese are ready. Serve with sour cream.
