Chicken fillet 300 g
Honey mushrooms (fresh or frozen) 200 g
Hard cheese 200 g
Zucchini 1 pc
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Cream 35% fat. 100 g
Salt to taste
Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil.
Add chicken fillet pieces and cook until tender.
Peel and dice the potatoes and zucchini.
Boil honey mushrooms and fry in sunflower oil.
Add cream and salt well.
Fill the pot with potatoes, zucchini.
Lay down the chicken.
Top with mushrooms with cream.
The last layer is diced cheese.
Add another 1/4 cup of water. Close the lid and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Serve hot in a pot or place in a deep bowl.
