"Snowball" beef salad

The "Snowball" salad with beef, onions and pickled cucumbers will especially appeal to your men.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Beef 300 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Cheese 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Red onion head 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) to taste

Salt to taste


Cook the beef until soft, 1-1, 5 hours over medium heat.

Cut the meat into strips in a bowl and add the canned peas.

Add boiled eggs and grated cheese.

Add chopped pickled cucumbers and mayonnaise into strips.

Stir in salad and add chopped red onion in half rings.

Stir the salad again before serving. Place in a salad bowl and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
