Minced pork 300 g

Rice 150 g

Onion 1 pc

Preparation

Rinse 150 grams of rice, put in a saucepan and pour 400 milliliters of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.

Put the finished rice on a sieve and rinse. Let the water drain.

Thaw 300 grams of prepared minced meat.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Add minced meat to a skillet with butter and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Add onion to the pan with minced meat, cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add boiled rice.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
