Chicken liver cutlets

Chicken liver cutlets, it's delicious and simple. This recipe will help you make chicken liver cutlets that can be served with your favorite side dish.

Chicken liver 400 g

Onion 1 pc

Red onion 1/2 pc

Egg 1 pc

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry 400 grams of chicken liver, peel the onion.

Twist the liver and onion in a meat grinder.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 3 tablespoons of flour and 1 egg.

Stir the liver mass well.

Heat 30 milliliters of vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon out the liver mass, 2 tablespoons for each cutlet. Fry the cutlets on one side for 3-4 minutes.

Turn the patties over and fry for 3-4 minutes on the other side.

Place liver patties on paper towels and remove excess oil.

Finely chop 1/2 red onion, 2 cloves of garlic and a small bunch of parsley into a bowl. Mix.

Chicken liver cutlets are ready. Place hot on a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped onions, garlic and herbs on top. Serve to the table.
