Shrimp pasta

Pasta with shrimps in tomato sauce for the most romantic natures.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Shrimps 300 g

Tomato juice with pulp 200 ml

Spaghetti 100 g

Butter 30 g

Cherry tomatoes 5-6 pcs

Dried thyme to taste 2 sprigs

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Salt to taste


Defrost shrimp and peel if necessary. Season with salt and leave for 10 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the shrimp from the pan.

Add crushed garlic clove, thyme sprigs and fry for 5-6 seconds just for flavor.

Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes.

Cut the cherry into halves and add to the pan, cook for 1-2 minutes.

Remove garlic and thyme from the pan. Add shrimp and tomato juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes, season with salt.

Add butter to the pan.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water and drain in a colander.

Add the spaghetti to the shrimp skillet and stir.

Cook shrimp pasta for 2-3 minutes.

The shrimp pasta is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
