Pasta casserole with minced meat, mushrooms and cheese

A hearty, simple and delicious casserole of pasta with minced meat, mushrooms with a cheese crust for the whole family.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Minced meat 300 g

Fresh champignons 200 g

Hard cheese 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan, adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add pasta TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai, and cook them over moderate heat until tender, stirring for the first 2-3 minutes.

Throw in a colander.

Cook the minced meat, peel the onion and chop finely.

Peel the champignons.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a baking dish with TM "Aleika" vegetable oil and put half of the pasta.

Add half of the meat filling.

Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.

Add a second layer of pasta.

Repeat the layer of minced meat and cheese.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Pasta casserole with minced meat, mushrooms and cheese is ready. Cool slightly and serve.
