Pike in breadcrumbs in a pan is one of the easiest and fastest ways to cook delicious pike in a pan.

Small pike 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Each pike should be cleaned, gutted and the head, tail and fins removed.

Cut the pike into chunks, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons flour and 3 tablespoons bread crumbs.

Roll the fish pieces well in a mixture of flour and bread crumbs.

Fry in a pan on each side for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.

Until golden brown pike.

Put the fried pike on a dish, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
