Azu beef with rice

Fry 2 tablespoons of flour in a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes.

Add 150 milliliters of boiling water.

Whisk the flour mixture quickly.

Add flour mixture to the stewpan to the meat and stir, salt to taste. Cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

Pour into a colander and rinse several times with cold water.

Transfer the rice to a saucepan, pour 400 milliliters of water and cook without a lid, salt to taste.

Add 20 grams of butter to boiled rice and mix.

Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and herbs to a saucepan with beef basics. Stir and remove from heat.

Put portions of friable rice into plates.

Add pieces of meat from the saucepan and pour over the basics of the beef.

Beef azu with rice is ready. Can be served at the table.
