Cheesecakes with semolina

These cheesecakes with semolina will give you and your loved ones a wonderful mood for the whole day, and cooking them is as easy as shelling pears.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Curd 250 g

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 4 tbsp. l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Egg 1 pc

Powdered sugar 2 tsp

Fresh berries 1/2 stack.

Salt 1 pinch.


Put 250 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl.

Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 pinch of salt.

Knead the mass well with a fork and mix.

Cover with cling film and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Roll up small balls from the curd mass and put on a board sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of TM "Aleika" flour.

Put the cheese cakes with a frying pan with heated oil.

Fry for 2-3 minutes over low heat.

Put the cheese cakes on a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Cheesecakes with semolina are ready. Decorate as desired and serve.

Semolina TM "Aleika" is made from soft wheat. It has almost no fiber and a lot of starch, which is why semolina is so easy to digest and ideal for your breakfast.
