Oatmeal with apples

Oatmeal with apples prepared according to this recipe is a tasty and healthy breakfast for the whole family and a boost of good mood for the whole day.

Ingredients

Water 200 ml

Milk 3.2% fat. 200 ml

Apple 2 pcs

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Butter 1 tbsp l.

Cinnamon 1 pinch.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Pour the flakes into a saucepan and add 200 milliliters of water, cook until boiling.

Add 200 milliliters of milk and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add salt to taste and stir.

Wash 2-3 apples well.

Cut apples into cubes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and melt, stirring constantly with a spatula, until caramel forms.

Add the diced apples and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the finished caramel apples from heat.

Divide the oatmeal into bowls.

Add caramel apples on top and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon to taste.

Oatmeal with apples is ready. Can be served at the table.
