Herculean porridge on the water

Herculean porridge on the water is very healthy and tasty. Add berries and fruits and your morning will shine with bright colors.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Water 300 ml

Hercules flakes 130 g

Apple 1 pc

Dried cherries 30 g

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 pinch.


Pour 130 grams of rolled oats into a bowl.

Transfer to a saucepan.

Pour 300 milliliters of water, add one pinch of salt and put on fire.

Cook for 3 minutes after boiling.

Add 30 grams of chopped sun-dried cherries and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir and leave covered for 10-15 minutes.

Divide the porridge into bowls and add the fresh apple slices.

Hercules porridge on the water is ready. Can be served at the table.
