Oven cutlets

Oven cutlets are a great way to prepare a delicious dinner for a large group or family and save a lot of time.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Minced meat 700 g

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Semolina 3 tbsp. l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1 tsp

Ground black pepper to taste

Greenery for decoration


Peel a large onion and 2 cloves of garlic.

Transfer 700 g of minced meat to a bowl.

Chop onion and garlic with a blender or mince.

Add the onion and garlic, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of salt and ground pepper to taste into the minced meat bowl.

Stir and add 3 tablespoons of semolina.

Stir the minced meat again and leave for 20 minutes.

Form cutlets with wet hands and place on a baking sheet covered with foil.

Spread a little mayonnaise on top.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

The cutlets are ready in the oven. Put the cutlets on a dish, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and serve.
