Pea cutlets in a pan

Be sure to include these pan-fried pea patties in your daily menu, they are both delicious and healthy.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Onion 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Ground black pepper 1 pinch.


Rinse the peas well and cover with water, leave for 1, 5 hours.

Transfer the peas to a saucepan.

Pour 1-1.5 liters of water over the peas.

Cook after boiling over low heat until soft, 25-30 minutes, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Cover and leave to cool.

Transfer warm boiled peas to a bowl.

Finely chop the onion.

Fry the onions for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add fried onions, 1 pinch of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to a bowl with boiled peas.

Form cutlets from the pea mass.

Fry in a preheated pan with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil on both sides for 2-3 minutes.

Put the pea cutlets on a dish and cool slightly.

Pea cutlets in a pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
