Chicken with rice

Chicken with rice - amazingly simple and amazingly delicious. And the aroma of this dish will whet the appetite of even the neighbors.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Water (for cooking rice) 1/2 l

Rice 150 g

Tomato 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

1/4 teaspoon pepper mixture

Dill (greens) to taste


Measure out 150 grams of rice and rinse.

Pour the rice into a saucepan and add 1/2 liter of water.

Cook rice until cooked for 10-15 minutes.

Throw the finished rice in a colander, rinse with cold water, let the water drain completely.

Rinse and dry 300 grams of chicken fillet.

Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Add the diced fillets and fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finely chop the onion, chop 2 cloves of garlic.

Add the onion and garlic to the chicken pan.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Add chopped tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper mixture. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

Add rice to the pan.

Stir well and salt to taste.

Put on plates, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

The chicken and rice are ready. Can be served at the table.
