Dried porcini mushrooms 170 g

Cut 400 grams of boneless chicken fillet into pieces.
Season with salt and red pepper.
Fry the chicken pieces for 2-3 minutes on all sides.
Put 170 grams of dry white mushrooms in a bowl.
Pour 0.5 liters of hot boiled water into a bowl with mushrooms.
Peel and cut the onion, carrot and bell pepper.
Add vegetables to chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Throw the mushrooms on a sieve or colander and drain the mushroom infusion, do not pour out the mushroom infusion.
Chop the mushrooms and add to the saucepan.
Add buckwheat and 1 tablespoon of salt to the saucepan.
Add infusion of porcini mushrooms.
Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Stir the roast.
Roast chicken "New Year's Traditions" is ready. Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
