The easiest way to cook delicious boletus is fried with potatoes in a pan.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Butter 300 g
Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Vegetable oil 30 ml
Onion 1 pc
Sort out 300 grams of butter, throw out the worms and remove the forest debris.
Remove the oily crust from the mushroom caps.
Rinse the oil very quickly under running water so that they do not soften and absorb water and dry.
Peel the onion and chop finely, cut the mushrooms into slices.
Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1-2 minutes.
Add butter to the pan. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Peel and dice 3-4 potatoes.
Add the potatoes to the mushrooms in the pan.
Fry mushrooms and potatoes for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, salt to taste and stir.
Fried butters with potatoes in a frying pan are ready, you can serve.
