Fried cabbage

Pan-fried cabbage is an easy-to-prepare and inexpensive side dish or a stand-alone dish that can be cooked in just 40 minutes.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

White cabbage 400 g

Water 100 ml

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 30 ml

Salt 1/2 tsp

Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

400 grams, about half a fork, peel the cabbage of sluggish leaves, peel the onion.

Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Finely chop the cabbage with a knife.

Place the chopped cabbage in a skillet and fry for 10-12 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, black pepper to taste and 100 ml water. Simmer on low heat, covered for another 15 -20 minutes.

Fried cabbage is ready. Put the cabbage on a platter and serve.
