Buckwheat with meat and pumpkin is the very case when you want to cook something tasty, satisfying and original.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Pork pulp 400 g
Boiling water 400 ml
Pumpkin 200 g
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 30 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Dried thyme 1 pinch
Add 400 grams of diced meat.
Peel and seed 200 grams of pumpkin and cut into cubes.
Fry the meat for 10-12 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Chop one onion finely.
Add the onion to the meat and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pumpkin to the meat and onions in the pan.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 pinch of dry thyme.
Add 400 milliliters of boiling water.
Cook without a lid over low heat for 20-25 minutes. Gently mix the finished buckwheat.
Buckwheat with meat and pumpkin is ready. Arrange on plates or in one large platter and serve.
