Peking cabbage vegetable salad

A fresh, juicy Chinese cabbage salad will keep your waistline healthy and add antioxidants. Cooking takes minutes.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Peking cabbage (small) 1/2 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Olive oil 3 tbsp l.

Green onions to taste

Lemon juice to taste

Salt to taste


Pepper seeds, remove coarse segments from the cabbage head.

Cut pepper and cucumber into large slices into a bowl.

Add chopped Chinese cabbage.

For dressing, mix olive oil and lemon juice.

Salt and season the salad. Add finely chopped green onions and stir.

Arrange on plates.

Serve to the table.
