Chicken fillet in bread crumbs

Chicken fillet in breadcrumbs, a very tasty dish and goes with any side dish, it can be quickly cooked in a pan.

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 400 g

Breadcrumbs 100 g

Egg 1 pc

Frying oil 200 ml

Ground red pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry 400 grams of chicken fillet.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.

Beat one egg in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

Salt the chicken fillet and season with red pepper.

Dip the chicken pieces into the egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

The chicken fillet in breadcrumbs is ready. Place the chicken pieces on a platter and serve.
