Rice porridge with pumpkin in milk

Milk 3.2% fat. 400 ml

Water 400 ml

Pumpkin 200 g

Butter 20 g

Salt 1/2 tsp

Sugar to taste


Put rice TM "Aleika" in a saucepan, pour water 1, 5 centimeters above the level of rice and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, boil until half cooked rice.

Peel 200 grams of pumpkin from seeds and skin.

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.

Add the chopped pumpkin to the pot.

Add 400 milliliters of milk and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add butter and sugar to taste.

Rice porridge with pumpkin in milk is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
