Rice kutia with raisins

Rice kutia with raisins dressed with honey.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Rice 130 g

Raisins 100 g

Honey 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Pour rice into a saucepan and rinse well. Cover with cold water and cook until tender, stirring for 15 minutes.

Put the finished rice on a sieve and cool slightly.

Rinse the raisins well and soak in hot water for 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the rice and dried raisins.

Add salt and honey. If the honey is very thick, add 2 tablespoons of hot water to it and stir.

Stir the kutya and put in a deep plate.

Rice kutia with raisins is ready. Serve to the table.
