Marinated chicken legs with aromatic spices and onions will appeal to many gourmets.
Cooking time 3 hours
Chicken legs 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Ground pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry the legs.
Make incisions to the bone.
Mix cumin, salt, ground pepper and paprika.
Add vegetable oil and mix well.
Peel and chop the onion.
Fold the legs, onions and spice mixture into a regular bag.
Tie the bag and shake well. Put the bag in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Put the foil-lined legs and onion on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes. Cool slightly.
Put on a dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
Legs in the oven with onions are ready. Can be served at the table.
