Baked mackerel with rice

Do you like baked fish? Then this recipe is for you. Appetizing mackerel baked in the oven turns out to be amazingly tasty.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Mackerel 1 piece

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Boiled rice 100 g

Dill (greens) 1 sprig

Lemon 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Vegetable oil


Peel the fish and separate the fillets from the bones.

Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rub with a mixture of basil and olive oil.

Put on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Peel the onion and cut into rings, add a little salt and roll in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Boil rice. The baked mackerel with rice is ready. Put on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill, put fish and onion rings on top.
