Trout in a pan

Trout in a pan, seasoned with thyme and lemon, is an amazingly tender and aromatic dish, perfect for a wonderful evening dinner.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Trout steak 2 pcs

Dried thyme 2 sprigs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Lemon 1/2 pc

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry trout fish steaks.

Season well with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice, leave for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add a couple of dry thyme sprigs.

Place the steaks in the pan.

Fry for 5-6 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Place ready-made trout steaks on a bluelau with herbs and lemon slices.

The trout in the pan is ready. Can be served at the table.
