New Year's pink salmon baked in the oven is an incredibly tasty juicy fish fillet with vegetables that will decorate any festive table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Pink salmon 1 piece
Cheese 50 g
Olives (pitted) 30 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Cherry tomatoes 5-6 pcs
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Pepper mixture 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Defrost pink salmon, peel and rinse well. Remove head and tail.
Make an incision along the entire carcass along the back.
Divide along the ridge and remove all bones from the carcass halves.
Place the fish fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet (grease with oil). Season with salt and pepper.
Top with finely chopped parsley and bell pepper slices.
Add sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pitted olives.
Bake pink salmon in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Transfer the pink salmon baked in the oven to a dish with herbs.
