Chicken fillet 300 g
Soy sauce 30 ml
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp l.
Dried garlic 1/4 tsp
Lettuce to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Cut into large pieces.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oil and dry garlic.
Add chicken pieces and mix well, leave for 20 minutes.
Place in a preheated skillet and fry for 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add sesame seeds and stir.
