Potatoes on skewers

Delicious baked potatoes on skewers, this is an excellent side dish for any meat cooked on charcoal and not only.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes (10-12 potatoes) 1 kg

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Spices (for potatoes or your taste) 1 tsp.

Salt 1 tsp


Peel the potatoes and put them in a bowl.

In a small bowl, combine oil, salt and spices.

String the potatoes on skewers.

Brush with the oil mixture.

Important! Cook in low heat from coals or briquettes, turning constantly.

Serve with fresh vegetables.
