Fried fresh porcini mushrooms with young zucchini is a super dish of the summer menu.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Porcini mushrooms 5-7 pcs
Zucchini (small, young) 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Parsley (greens) bunch
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel mushrooms and onions. Wash the courgettes well. If the zucchini is no longer young, then it is better to remove the skin.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add finely chopped onion and sliced zucchini in half rings.
Add sliced mushrooms. Fry for 7-10 minutes, season with salt to taste.
Put on a dish and sprinkle with herbs.
