Zucchini with mushrooms

Fried fresh porcini mushrooms with young zucchini is a super dish of the summer menu.

Porcini mushrooms 5-7 pcs

Zucchini (small, young) 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Parsley (greens) bunch

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Peel mushrooms and onions. Wash the courgettes well. If the zucchini is no longer young, then it is better to remove the skin.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add finely chopped onion and sliced ​​zucchini in half rings.

Add sliced ​​mushrooms. Fry for 7-10 minutes, season with salt to taste.

Add parsley.

Put on a dish and sprinkle with herbs.
