Barley porridge with milk with dried fruits and nuts

Barley porridge in milk with dried fruits and nuts is a delicious and very healthy breakfast for the whole family.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 3.2% fat. 400 ml

Water 200 ml

Dried fruits 150 g

Hazelnut 30 g

Salt 1/4 tsp


Add 200 ml of water and cook until boiling, 3-5 minutes.

Add 400 ml milk, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and simmer for 15 minutes.

Rinse 150 g of your favorite dried fruits, cut into large pieces.

Add dried fruits to porridge and mix. Insist covered for 5-7 minutes.

Arrange the prepared porridge on plates.

Decorate with dried fruits, add 50 g of roasted hazelnuts and serve with breakfast.
