Toast with egg

Egg croutons are a good addition to breakfast, snack or first course, which can be prepared in just 15 minutes.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Simple loaf 6-7 pieces

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 pinch.


Cut the loaf into slices.

Break eggs into a bowl.

Add one pinch of salt to the egg bowl.

Beat eggs and salt well with a fork.

Dip the loaf slices into the egg mass on both sides.

Fry in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown for 1-2 minutes.

Place ready-made croutons on paper towels to get rid of excess fat.

The croutons with the egg are ready. Transfer to a dish and serve.
