Rice porridge on milk with berries

This recipe will help you prepare delicious and healthy rice porridge with fresh berries in milk. Great breakfast idea.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Water 200 ml

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 ml

Salt 1/2 tsp

Fresh berries (any)


Put in a saucepan and fill with water, so that the TM "Aleika" rice is completely covered. Cook over medium heat after boiling for 5-6 minutes.

Add milk and salt, cook over low heat for 12-15 minutes.

Add butter to the finished rice porridge and mix. Leave covered for 10 minutes.

Arrange in deep bowls, add berries.

Rice porridge with berries is ready. Can be served at the table.

Round grain rice of TM "Aleiki" boils well, has a silky texture, is rich in useful microelements and practically does not contain fats. Round grain rice contains a lot of starch, which is why it cooks faster and acquires a delicate consistency.
