Fried butter with sour cream

This recipe will help you to cook tender and aromatic mushrooms fried in a pan with sour cream.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Butter 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.

Water 100 g

Salt to taste


Sort freshly cut boletus mushrooms from debris and leaves.

Remove the top skin from the cap, and peel the leg with a knife.

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.

Add finely chopped onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.

Add sour cream and a little water and salt to taste.

Cook for 2-3 minutes over the lowest heat so that the sour cream does not curl.

Put in a deep plate.

Fried butter with sour cream are ready. Serve with your favorite side dish or as an independent dish.
