Crucian carp in a pan

This recipe will help you cook delicious, golden carp in a skillet. In order not to mess around with small bones later, it is better that the crucians are no more than 15 cm in length.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Crucian carp 1 kg

Flour 100 g

Vegetable oil for frying 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp


Clean fresh carp of scales and entrails.

Rinse the fish well and pat dry.

Salt each crucian carp on top and inside. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Breaded in turn each crucian carp in flour and put in a pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry in a pan for 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Place the fried crucian carp on a dish.

Crucian carp in a pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
