Chicken fillet 1 kg

Bulb onions 300 g

Mayonnaise 200 g

Salt 1/2 tsp

Dried garlic 1/2 tsp

Pepper mixture 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Put mayonnaise in a large bowl, add salt, spices and dried garlic.

Mix well.

Add the sliced ​​chicken fillet.

Add chopped onions to the chicken fillet in half rings.

Stir and cover with plastic wrap. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

String pieces of chicken kebab on skewers.

Cook on hot coals on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, constantly turning, for a total of no more than 20-25 minutes.
