Aromatic potatoes stewed with meat in tomato sauce for a cozy family dinner.

Pork pulp 500 g

Potatoes 500 g

Water 250 ml

Carrots 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Tomato paste 5 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Thyme 2 sprigs

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the pork pulp.

Cut the meat into pieces and put in a saucepan with heated vegetable oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add chopped carrots and chopped onions.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5-6 minutes. Add bay leaves and thyme.

Add the sliced ​​potatoes.

Dilute tomato paste with water and add salt.

Pour into a saucepan.

Cook over low heat for 40 minutes, covered.

Stewed potatoes with meat are ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and serve.
