Pumpkin 200 g

Dried apricots 100 g

Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Transfer to a saucepan and boil until tender over medium heat for 20-30 minutes.

Soak dried apricots in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.

Simmer the pumpkin pieces in a pan with a little water for 5-7 minutes.
