Fried fern

Fried fern is a very tasty and healthy dish, which the inhabitants of Siberia and the Far East know not by hearsay.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Fern 1 bunch

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Rinse fresh fern and remove the tops.

Cut into small pieces.

Fold in a saucepan, pour boiling water over and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Place in a sieve and drain.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion chopped in half rings and grated carrots.

Add fern and fry for 3-5 minutes, over medium heat. Salt.

Put on a dish.

The fried fern is ready. Can be served at the table.
