Flounder in the oven with vegetables, this is a delicious and easy-to-prepare dinner with the most tender flounder and vegetables.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Flounder 3-4 pcs
Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Water 100 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Clean the flounder, gut, remove the head and fins.
Wash and peel vegetables.
Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease with oil, line the layer with sliced potatoes, add a little salt and pepper.
Add a layer of onion.
Put the flounder, salt and pepper.
Add a layer of chopped tomatoes.
Add a layer of grated carrots.
Beat butter, sour cream and mayonnaise with water and salt.
Pour on top of the mold.
Cover with a foil "lid" and cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Remove the foil and cook the flounder with vegetables for another 5-7 minutes.
Our delicious flounder is ready in the oven. Arrange on plates, garnish with finely chopped onions and lemon wedges and serve.
