Merchant-style buckwheat porridge

Merchant-style buckwheat porridge is a delicious buckwheat porridge with meat for the whole family and a great way to quickly prepare a delicious lunch or dinner.

Water 350 ml

Pork pulp 200 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Bay leaf 1 piece

Salt 1/4 tsp


Rinse and dry the meat. Peel the vegetables.

Cut the meat into cubes, cut the carrots into strips, finely chop the onion.

Rinse the TM "Aleika" buckwheat from the generous fields of Altai.

Fry the meat in TM "Aleika" sunflower oil.

Add onions and carrots, cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add buckwheat, bay leaf and salt.

Add water and simmer for 25 minutes, covered.

Arrange buckwheat porridge on plates.

Buckwheat porridge is ready for a merchant. Can be served at the table.
